How to use :
You can use the oil by rubbing it into your hair and scalp and putting on a plastic cap. You would leave this on your hair for at least 25 minutes or steam it. You can also put the oil in your scalp and hair overnight and wash it out the following morning. As a Miskita, I grew up using Batana oil in my hair everyday as hair lotion but not everyone would like this since it has a smell.
